P99 Problem

I think I have seen a tread on this, but could not find it. I was at the range yesterday and had a problem w/my P99. 1st shot after loading was DA, 2nd, and 3rd were SA, then it went back to DA for the 4th and 5th shot. I thought I was hitting the decocker w/my thumb, but it's pretty far up on the slide. I shot off handed (left hand) just to get my thumb away from the decocker and had the same problem. I plan on calling Walther to see if it needs warranty work, but I thought I'd throw it out here to see if anyone had any ideas. If there is a tread on this, could someone please direct me too it?? Thanks!!

Craig

I remember that thread as well.
The trigger was decocking itself.
I'll keep my eye out in the SEARCH for you.
It seems like they had to send the pistol back to Earl's or Walther USA. You might give Earl a shout thru his email, maybe he can help. http://www.waltherusa.net/

I'd send it back to Walther without a doubt.
