I think it would be great for target and pest control and a bit cheaper than shooting my 45 reloads

its very new I'm shure they will start selling soon i know its allready been tested and is ready to sell. and it does have a rifled barrel btw

The Heritage Rough Rider is a wonderful single action .22 for the price. They have many configurations including some with birds head grips.
Some may have an aluminum frame and others steel, but their value is hard to beat for a fairly inexpensive American made gun.

The finish of the Rough Riders kind of sets me against them - it's like they missed a polishing step or something. And the safety

But it's hard to make a case against a .22LR/.22Mag six shooter for under a couple of hundred bucks, even if it is aluminum. Heck, my Colt Frontier Scout has a Zamak frame, and it's been around for almost as long as me (and I have a soft, squishy frame).

Seems pretty lame to me. Just get yourself a Ruger Single-Six. No collection is complete without one.

I concur. Not worth it. A conversion to 22lr that will have questionable accuracy, and it's in a heavy frame. I think Kirst made a marketing mistake on this one unless they lower the price by $150 or so.
