CZ40p for IDPA

Being that the CZ40p is a franken gun (cz40 slide on a p-01 frame) and is of limited production (1500 units i think), will this gun be illegal for SSP?

Would the only class this gun will allowed to compete in be ESP?

Thanks.

2. Stock Service Pistol Division (SSP)
Handguns permitted for use in this division must:
E. Have a minimum annual production of 2000 units; (discontinued models must have had a total production of 20,000 units).

Sure looks like an ESP to me.
