M&P40 elevation adjustment?

I just shot my new M&P40. I found that I was shooting a bit low at 10 and 15 yards. Is there an elevation adjustment on the M&P or do I simply need to reframe my sight picture when I aim?

Also, my trigger finger was a little sore after shooting around 90 rounds today. Do I need to use another grip? Maybe the smaller grip? Thanks for responses.
