Top .40S&W carry/vehicle defense rounds.....
For a M&P .40, I'd buy some new Hornady Critical Duty 175gr .40S&W JHP, the Ranger T T-series 165gr JHP, Speer Gold Dot 165gr JHP, DoubleTap Ammo .40 in 135-165gr, Remington Golden Saber 165gr JHP, PowRball .40.
I lean towards the mid weight type .40S&W rounds for year round use/defense/duty use. ClydeFrog |

I have a bunch of 180gr FMJ, and both of my M&Ps shoot the 165gr best of course. The 40c really likes the 165 as far as accuracy.
