38 Wcf
How many of you here have and shoot the 38 WCF (38-40 Winchester) round? I have both a Winchester model 1892 rifle and a colt revolver and have used both for many years and with good success on hogs and deer all under 75 yards. I always load for both firearms and at times have duplicated the 1940s Winchester RIFLE ONLY load for use on hogs. The old Winchester load is close to 30-30 ballistics up close.
