Advice and opinions on a pistol light.
Looking to get a weapons light. Hoping to find one that will fit a sig p226, Springfield xd9 subcompact, glock 26 and Springfield XDS. And hoping to find one for under 75 dollars. I know I'm asking a lot now. Anyways what brands should I look at and what brands stay away from. I have been searching eBay and there are a bunch of brands. Use would be basically night stand home defense. If one is a laser/light combo that would be a plus. I would kindly ask the responses stay limited to personal experiences.

aim makes one and they sell on amazon for 25 bucks. im just not sure how long they will hold up.
Do you plan on holstering the weapon with a light? If not you can just buy a light mount that will fit any 1 inch light. |

No don't plan to use as a carry unless in a bag. Just curious as to what might fit each of my pistols with rails. Two of which are sub compacts. I've seen the aims and the utg. Only ones I know are top notch are surfire and eotech. But not looking to spend over 100 on one.

I think I've decided on a streamlight tlr4. It seems to have a pretty good rep (aside from a couple reviews where the owners stripped the laser adjustment screws) and seems to fit on full size to sub compacts. Any experiences with the streamlight tlr series.
