Looking for a three gun match in PA
Howdy folks,
I keep seeing posts that reference 3 gun matches and they sure sound interesting. Does anyone know if there are any on the East side of PA that might be open to spectators? Any WEB sites that describe 'em? I would like to see an event where SG's were used in competition. Thanks, Mike

Mike,
Why watch when you can participate? There is a two-gun match (rifle/pistol) at York IWLA (http://www.geocities.com/Yosemite/Trails/4144/index.htm) this weekend. They will hold at least one 3 gun match this season. Easton Fish & Game (http://www.eastontacticalops.com) will commence side shotgun/rifle matches for all IDPA matches this season starting this month (April is shotgun, June is rifle, and alternating until end of IDPA season). Ontelaunee Rod & Gun will host one 3 gun match this season as well. Justin

3 gun match
Mike,
Are you talking about what Justin is writing about or are you referring to National Match Pistol Matches where the contestant shoots Slow, Timed and Rapid Fire strings with .22, Centerfire and .45 pistols??? This kind of shooting is sometimes referred to as a 3 gun match. Quantrill |

Thanks guys. I am looking for an IDPA-style shoot. I will bookmark what you gave me and see what I can fit into my schedule.
I really want to see one of these things. I am having so much fun with my 870 that I am looking for other places to play. Thanks again, Mike
