Lyman 500 pro scale?

Good evening shooters...My question is, does anyone know where I can get a new brass pan for my scale..I guess it got lost in my last move..Been trying to get things set back up for loading and I looked everywhere for it..If anyone has an extra and would be willing to sell I may be interested..Or have an idea of something else I could use instead....Thanks for reading my post...John

I used 1 with a cut off vienna can for a long time , the can was cut `bout a1/2" from the bottom wth a handle left on 1 side .

Just what ever ya use ya can rezero by adding/subtracting weight under the pan holder screw.

But a new pan looks better ,but the can worked just as well.

I would think that you should be able to buy a small replacement pan for one of other scale that would work for you. I was in the local gun shop and saw one in the reloading section. I am assuming that you would be able to zero out the pan on the scale. May not be the exact duplicate but may work just as good. Just my thoughts. I hope you are able to find an exact duplicate.

Just call Lyman and ask for a replacement.

I think they're all actually made by Ohaus anyway.
