Last year I purchased a Wilson Drop in Beavertail for my Para Ordnance P-12. Took just a tad of metal off and made sure the trigger stirrup wasn't rubbing, no problems....till it came to shooting. For some reason, when using that beavertail, about 75% of the time the hammer would follow the slide forward. I'd put the old grip safety in, no problem. The Wilson would go back in, same problem. I could not get the problem to duplicate when cycling the slide manually, only when shooting. I've used a Wilson before on my Colt Government with no problems. Any clues anyone? Thanks!

Make sure the Wilson grip saftey isn't interfering with the disconector. This may be your problem.

Kingstan, are you sure that it's allowing the hammer to come to full cock when firing? It might need a little touch on the top or in the slot of the safety. George
