opportunity to buy modified saiga 12 from friend

i have an opportunity to buy a modified saiga 12 from a work buddy.
he is asking $750, but i could prob talk him down a bit. what do you guys think?

For that price with that kind of work on it, that would have been pretty damn good deal. Especially with the cost just to buy an uncoverted saiga is in the 600 dollar range with paper work and tax...sorry for your loss

i talked to the guy who is supposed to be buying it, and he hasn't actually purchased it yet. the same guy was "going to buy" a handgun i had a few years ago and never did. maybe the owner will get tired of waiting and still sell to me.

I'd love to buy it, but most of what I see in that picture is illegal in NJ. I paid about $600 for mine, NJ-legal of course.

unfortunately, we are all friends, so he has to wait at least a little while for our other friend to come up with the money.
