Remember all those cheap grease gun magazines?

Remember all those cheap grease gun magazines that used to be for sale for nearly nothing, plus the seller would throw in your choice of a goat or their first born child if you ordered a dozen of them? Whatever happened to them?

Look in Shotgun News.
You can still find them new for $12-14 pretty easily.
I got some last year for $10 NIW, but those deals are harder to find now.

Shotgun News is a good idea, thanks. I haven't seen any since I moved out in the country. Might drive to the city this winter for the after Christmas sales, so will keep on the lookout for it.

I've been thinking about getting one of the .45 conversion kits for my Uzi and a grease gun magazine pistol grip insert, but it is amazing how that things which used to be plentiful have just vanished. I saw about a zillion M1A1 magazines the last gun show I went to and lots of Glcok mags, but no grease gun mags.

Not that anyone cares, but I bought 50 of those Sten mags at that price.

You know the rest. In the books you have read
How the British Regulars fired and fled,
How the farmers gave them ball for ball,
From behind each fence and farmyard wall,
Chasing the redcoats down the lane,
Then crossing the fields to emerge again
Under the trees at the turn of the road,
And only pausing to fire and load.
