Have you seen my Alkar?
I recieved a phone call this morning from a frantic customer. This gentlemen purchased a couple of recliners from the store that I manage. He was real upset that the old recliners that he wanted us to haul off, had an old pistol left in the magazine pocket!
I told him that the old recliners were behind our store in the junk pile. I told him that I would run back there and look to see if it was still there. Luckily, it was right there in the magazine pocket, in a gun pouch. I carried the gun back into the store and called him to let him know that the gun was safe and in my possession. He was truly greatful when he came to pick it up. He told me his father was in WW1 and had brought it back from Germany. His father gave it to him before he died. He told me that the gun was used by the Nazi's in WW1 to interrogate? After doing a little research, I came across this article that seemed more accurate. http://www.reenactor.net/units/151ri...by_pistol.html and this http://republicanos.bravehost.com/rubienglish.html Plus, the Nazi party was founded in 1919 if my history is correct. Does anyone else have any accurate information about the RUBI ALKARTASUNA?? Sorry about the small pictures but my cell phone was all I had at the moment.

Try to find a guy called Montelongo in the Gunboards Forums, he`s an expert about Spanish pistols. Cheers.-

Looks like just a plain old Ruby pistol. They were made by many different European companies, primarily Spanish. They are simply, affordable pistols in .32 auto that were pressed into military service out of desperation.
