BDL to ADL?

I searched and saw a couple of threads for converting ADL's to BDL's, but how about the other way? I have a Classic in 221 Fireball, and I have a synthetic ADL SA stock. The screws seem to be different lengths, and Brownells doesn't seem to have a follower spring for the ADL's. This is possible, right?

I would think it can be done, have you tried the BDL spring?

Your gun so do what ya want but why would you want to take a nice walnut stock and put plastic in it's place, with no floor plate? My BDL has hunted from dry hot weather to snowy and below zero or pouring rain always hit the game what were I aim.
