If you are going to experiment with this technique, this is what I did....
Our old washer and dryer was beat up and tired, so I broke down and got a new set (front loaders - 4 kids, two parents on a farm generate a lot of dirty clothes). The old ones got relocated to my barn and are solely mine. Any stink I put in them will not earn the wrath of my better-half... Maybe pick up a used set from Craig's List or a garage sale and set them up in your garage. Effectiveness of all my efforts - no noticeable effect on my hunting success or failure. But it is fun to smell like dirt and dead leaves anyway!
