Is this a real Aimpoint Comp M4s or a fake?

The photos don't show the "Aimpoint" logo very well. I have emailed the seller and if it is real it is surely sold by now anyway. But in the interim, does it look real?

On another forum I got a bunch of responses. I will share the info here (seems fair since it is a cross post).
Aimpoint has guidelines for detecting fake sights. There are fake mounts out there as well. In both cases, original packaging, owners manuals, and any additional package contents are a big help in proving validity. There are fake Elcan's and Eotech's as well. Some are so close that it takes side by side comparison. My cousin got stung by a fake, but the vendor gladly took it back because they had been duped too.
