Woohoo PMAGS!
Just picked up 5 (their limit which is fine by me) PMAGs at my lgs today. Oh and they weren't price gouging.
I had orderd 5 from US Cav and 2 from S&W in late December and nada so far. Anyone else starting to see hard to find items? .223 still feels like a "snipe hunt" but other ammo is starting to pop up, academy has a one box limit on each if their hard to get ammo and three caliber limit PPPD. I would have thought this would have helped their inventory shortage by quite a bit but often they're still sold out. However I've gotten lucky a few times. Catch of the day |

My LGS had maintained a decent supply of mags and ammo of all types. The prices are steep for both, but at least the mag prices are coming down a bit.

Was in BassPro in Ankeny, IA the other day, and they had several 30-rd PMags on the rack. $16.99 IIRC. Watched two of them disappear. (Not me, I've got plenty).
OTOH, no .22LR ammo, and I heard the clerk say they'd just gotten a shipment in that morning. The customer said, "Was probably gone in half an hour." The clerk said, "No, two minutes." Fortunately, I've still got a couple of bricks of CCI left.

I ordered 10 through Magpul as part of the Boulder airlift. 5 came in, still waiting on the other half.
