Galileo binoculars?

Anybody ever bought Galileo binocs? SG lists them as 20X60 power for $50.

I would mostly use them for bird watching and looking at targets 100 yards or so away. Probably nothing further.

If it's the Galileo I'm thinking of, it could be great deal. Galileo was an Italian optics company, and the quality of their lenses was almost up to that of Zeiss...All my eyeglasses were ground titanium crystal lenses by Galileo. Last year while I was in Italy I tried to order a new pair and was told that Galileo closed shop...

Those binocs might surprise you...
