Stag Grips?
At a local guns shop, they have a set of used Stag grips that will fit my Colt Government 380 (stainless). My question is they want $160 for them..is that reasonable...and is this a grip that I can shoot with on..or is it for show only?
Thanks RH Factor |

Ajax is currently asking $200.00 for stag grips for that pistol so if they are in good condition that is a reasonable price.
There's no reason you can't shoot your pistol with stags on it! |

I have two 1911's with stag grips and they have held up well. They are not just for looks.
BTW, there is no more Sambar stag antlers being imported into the US, more corectly, no more antlers being exported from India. Get the grips if you wnat them.

The best stag is Sambhar from India.
The Indians aren't letting any out. Prices are out of sight. Stag is very durable. If you don't mind the price, shoot 'em. |
