18.5 inch barrel for an 11-87 20 gauge?

I can not for the life of me find one, do they even make them?

I'm not sure about the 1187, but the 1100 has always been picky about short barrels. Remington always said that 1100 barrels need to be at least 22" for the gas system to work properly.
