Kahr PM Series and Crimson Trace

I'm thinking I'd like a CT LG-437 for my PM40 but I'm wondering if anybody here has any personal experience with this match-up? Specifically with the PM40 being such a handful of recoil does the front activation part get in the way? Effect control? Cause any other difficulties?

I have it for my P 40, just got it from my wife on my BDay. I do like it.
