Ruger LCP...

It appears to me that the Ruger LCP comes in two finishes, despite
it usually depicted in it's blued finish.

Is the other finish hard chrome as opposed to stainless?

For a hot, humid climate does one finish have any advantages over the other?

Thanks!

From Ruger's website:

Slide Material: Through-Hardened Stainless Steel

Slide Finish: Satin Chrome

I have one, but it's brand new, so I can't speak to the durability/resistance to yuckiness.

Get the silicone treated gun cloth and use to wipe-down often. Then use Ezoxx dry lube then let dry. Treat twice, then use as normal with lube of choice you'll be just fine.
