Trying to make sense of this
According to this article;
http://thegunwire.com/blog/youtube-v...by-sapd-82413/ A man was arrested for public disturbance. He and friends open carried at a Starbucks in San Antonio. Someone called complaining because it scared them. From what I am reading, the police chief is backing this by saying that anyone who makes a complaint about open carry, the person carrying will be charged with disorderly conduct. http://www.bizpacreview.com/2013/08/...tarbucks-82533 Seems like the caller should be charged with a false complaint if anything at all. How does this make sense to anyone?

There is NO open carry in Texas. Thus, if the person gets busted, whom do you think is at fault?
Thus, the OP is flawed. Closed.
