Informative discussion of what proper police procedures should be re. use of deadly force. Review of incident at Las Vegas Costco which ultimately lead to death of a West Point graduate and CHL holder who was shopping in the store and, apparently, inadvertently exposed his firearm.

(Did a search here at TFL, and found scant references to this incident.)

I, for one, have been following this story intently, and it makes me physically ill. I will never forget this story as long as I live.
