Winchester model 190

My friend purchased a used Winchester model 190 from a pawn shop. Near mint condition, $100. We would like to know when Winchester discontinued this model, or are they still in production? Also the year of manufacture. The serial number is B2164XXX. Also is there any way to cure the obviously 10 pound plus trigger? Thanks

[Winchester 190, Near mint condition, $100.] - BB = $150

[when Winchester discontinued this model, or are they still in production?] - Mfg 1967-1980

[Also the year of manufacture.] - One can only guess

[Also is there any way to cure the obviously 10 pound plus trigger?] - Not AFAIK
