Need Gunsmith For .22cal Sixshooter
My father gave me a .22cal six shooter made by My Hunter,Inc Firearms MFG Co.It's about 40 years old and seems to function just fine except that when the hammer is pulled, it wont fire a round.I brought it into the local gunshop that takes firearms to a local smith and the store owner said I should throw the thing in the ocean because it would cost more to fix it than it's worth. He didn't even pick it up.I would like to find a smith that would/could work on it.I know it is/was a cheap gun but is has sentimental value and it would be nice to have it working again. Can anyone recommend someone whom I could send it to?

KPS, I work on quite a few of these pistols from time to time. The local pawn shop just brought me a box that have 2 of them in it. I'd be happy to look it over for you. Just e-mail me. George
