Who makes the shorter stock?

Which company makes a tactical shotgun with the shortest stock? I'm issued a Win 1300, but it feels like it was made for someone with arms about half a foot longer than mine, and I'm 5'10, so I'm not really small. It's like I'm stretching to reach everything. Of the 1300, 590, 870, which one has the shortest stock?

I believe Choate makes shotgun stocks that have removable spacers. I think you can take 1" off on the stock making it a 13" pull.

Why can't you just shorten the buttstock ?
I have shortened stocks up to 2 inches.
If you want proper instructions let me know.
