Stainless steel refinish??
Picking up a Ruger Stainless Alaskan in a few days. 3 day Florida wait.
Anyway, it has some light scratches in it. What is the best way to get the grain all flowing in the right direction and not buff or polish the effected areas. I remember the Deloreans we would use 2000 grit and some brillo type pads but that seemed to be a coarser grain of stainless. |

I think Ruger recommends grey Scothbrite pads.
