I have a Smith and Wesson in a 40 cal and need loading data for 155 JHP.

A reloading book is a must....two or three is even better. you can even find information on loads on a couple of sites.

Look up the component manufacturers; a number of them have reloading manuals which can be used in an interactive manner, or downloaded in .pdf format.

Winchester, Accurate Arms, Alliant, Hodgdon, VV and IMR all have this, as do some others.
