I just thought some of you guys might like to see that occasionally the good guy wins. Im sure this didnt hit the "less than favorable" national news.

The crazy part in this report is the police are "investigating" whether the shooting was justified????? you have to be kidding me.

Someone shoots at you you better believe it was justified.

Well it says that he wasn't arrested, which I believe means that they believe it was justified and just need to double check.

If it is like Indiana the police will do a through investigation prior to determining that it was a justifiable shooting. I would expect nothing less.

Any killing needs to be investigated and a claim of self-defense needs verified.

Sounds like a good shoot to me, though.

The local news said that there is surveillance tape of the incident. I think that this is open and shut case of an individual who was prepared for the worst when it happened.
As somebody mentioned: Investigation of every death.

Not really a law or civil rights issue, and we don't do attaboy threads about homicide, justified or not.
