Need recommendations for night sights

I'm looking for info on night sights for a Glock G19. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Also how difficult are they to install, or is this something best left for a gunsmith?

What are the differences between fiber optic and tritium?

Thanks

For a Glock EVERYONE makes them. Meprolite and Trijicon make the best nights around. Tritium is a self illuminating radioactice element that glows all by itself.
These are night sights.....Fibre Optics are a clear tube held in the sight and literally attract and concentrate light at the end of said tube..making it appear to glow very brightly. But you need light to make it work.
There are companies that make sights with both in the same sight....like TruGlo and Arrotech.......
Search sights" on Glock talk and youll find more infor than you can handle.
Shoot well and good luck............

www.mmcsight.com

Have installed their adjustable night sights on my Glock 19, Glock 32 and my Sig 226. Excellent quality, I've found through a few butterfinger incidents the MMC sights will certainly are difficult to move unless you really want to adjust.

Novak is another company that has an excellent reputation for sights. I have no first hand knowledge on a personal handgun but a lot of people that I shoot with really like them.
