Front/rear bags for benchrest
Might get either a Hart or Sinclair std. flat-top br w.o. windage adj. for my narrow forend sporters (.22s - 30-06) for non-competitive shooting. Am I right in thinking a narrow owl ear front bag would make it harder to adj. my aim than say a wider front bag, or maybe even a brick or pillow bag? I would think a narrow owl ear bag would be more for a br w. windage. Having never shot off good bags I'd like some input on what to get. Both makers sell the All-Purpose top models, but I'm thinking they would limit me to that one bag that comes w. those rests. If I could easily remove the bags on those rests & quickly/easily replace them w. one of the other bags I've mentioned then maybe it wouldn't be so bad. I'm just kind of afraid of the limitations (if there are any) of an All-Purpose top. Also, there is a dizzying array of rear bags out there. What should I put back there? Thanks.

Rear bag recommendation
The rear bag i have used for over 25 years is called the "rabbit / bunny ear" style.
