SCHOFIELD revolver

Hi all,
This is my first post here, Wonder if someone could help.
I was thinking of buying a brand new Armi San Marco copy of a S&W SCHOFIELD revolver ( the dealer has 3 left) but have found out that Armi San Marco no longer make firearms does anyone know why? Are the guns they made of good quality or was that the reason they are not in business now. The Uberti copy of the Schofield is around $400 more than this Armi San Marco I am looking at. I know S&W Performance Center made a Model of 2000 Schofield but one of those is a little out of my reach price wise.
Does anyone know what happened to them?

I replied to your other post. Let the dealer keep the three he has.
