AR15 muzzle brake suggestion

I've had my Sport a few years and feel I could benefit from a brake that reduces muzzle rise, as I still have the stock 'birdcage' hider on.

My thoughts...

1. No/reduced muzzle rise

2. Minimal extra noise, especially for shooters adjacent to my table

3. Under $50

I know nothing of brakes/compensators so begging the expert's advice.
