"Sweet .30-06" Scope
So I recently bought a Mossberg 4x4 from a friend and it came with a "Sweet .30-06" scope on it. However, I noticed it was marked for 180 grn loads. All of my .30-06 ammo, with the exception of a box of Hornady Light Magnums, is 165grn soft point stuff, from either Winchester or Federal.
How will this affect my zero? If at all? here is my scope... http://www.midwayusa.com/product/399...-reticle-matte

Hmpf. All I got is the 180 grn knob.
Might be time to ask Pop's for some handloads.

I'd be interested in their response Mack... BSA is entry level stuff, but still, I'd like to hear how the customer service response went.
Cheers, C

Oops.
I promptly forgot about this and never sent the email to BSA. I will be sure to do that tomorrow and report post haste. Sticky note affixed to monitor.

I have the sweet 22 on my Marlin and though BSA isn't exactly top of the line I love that scope and with the correct turret knob it is dead on with good ammo.
I am interested to see if BSA will help you out.
