When I shoot my Glock 30 the brass keeps hitting me in the head or is ejected straight back into my face. I do not know what the problem is. Any help that you all can provide I would greatly appreciate it.

You probably are limp wristing. Glocks will eat up your forehead if you are.

Castle, Joe D is right but you might check the extractor tension. It could be a little loose. George

sometimes just switching out the ejector will take care of this.
