Value of NIB Ruger Ranch Rifle .222?

Was setting up my table at the gunshow today and I then went to look around. At one table they have a NIB Ruger Mini-14 in .222. I had thought these were only produced for export, but there are apparently a small number in the US. They want quite a bit for it. How much is such a gun worth in NIB condition?

Thanks.

Fjestad lists a Mini 14 in .222 but not in the Ranch model. If it is in fact the Non Ranch Mini 14 NIB it should be worth $535 + 20% for .222 caliber. $642 or there about? Also says add $300 for folding stock model. Add 25% for southport model with gold bead front sight or add 100% for Mini 14 GB, mainly use for law enforcement with a flash hider and bayonet lug, blue or stainless.
