Where can I get small screw for scope ring?
I have a no-name set of Weaver 1.0" bases. One of the allen screws which clamps the scope tube is semi-stripped. I went to my local Ace Hardware, and could not match up the threads. I am going from memory here, so I may be off, I think the screw was a #6, but the tread count was fine? Where can I get replacements? (I hate to order a single screw from Brownells, the rings only cost me $10.00.)

It's 6-48, and you won't find it a your local Ace hardware. Try the local gunsmith, or a well equipped gun shop, or order some from Brownells.

6-48
If you can use a 1/4" 6-48, pm me your postal address and I'll send you one.
