Lucked out today...

So I did some work to my car and had to drive to Hayward for additional wiring work done.. On my way there I noticed Castro Valley Gun Shop, noted to stop by on my way home...

Finished my business and stopped by the gun shop. I got excited when I saw several boxes of winchester primers on the shelf only to find they were large rifle and large rifle magnum primiers. I'm needing small rifle.
To my luck and suprise there were a couple one pound containers of powder... in brands I was looking for! picked up one of Accurate 2230 and Accurate #5.
Now I need primers and a factory crimp die... as well as .40 dies.

there is some powder available here on the 'right coast' but these parts pistol primers are scarce, and jacketed slugs too.
