Why I hate the NRA
No, this isn't a political rant.
If you join the NRA (as I did because the local gun club requires membership), you get flooded with spam emails and letters. DVDs of "tactical training", terrible offers for wine of the month clubs even a street hobo would pass up, ridiculous clothing that looks like surplus from late night TV shopping shows... I understand the point of a gun lobby. But I really don't want to renew my membership if it means they'll be sending me "exciting new offers!" |

Yep, you can opt out of those mailings. I got tired of it too and called them. I was polite, and simply requested no more mailings. For the past 5 years or so, all I get is membership renewal notices.

Cuss e-mails are free I have a bunch of them for that very reason . I also use my fax number as a contact # .
