Buying a Lower

I'm going lower shopping tomorrow and I've gotten some pricing on various lowers in my area and I'm trying to decide which ones and if they are good prices. I know that some of the prices are a little much but I really don't want to get one online and do the FFL transfer ordeal. So here's what I've got

Roggil Armory (? never heard of this brand) for 180.00
Rock River for 225
EA Armory for 100

I know the EA is a great price but I've read some threads where people said they had bad experiences with assembling using these lowers. Is there anything I should be aware of before I go buy this stuff. I am going to buy a full kit for this gun from model one sales:

Do you think the EA will work with this assembly? Any experience with either of these guys (lower or the kit)? Any comments and opinions are appreciated.
