Hinged Base Pin

Is there a reputable place to have the base pin on a Pietta Reminton '58 done? I've seen them done long ago so I know that someone does it. I'm considering having my '58 cut down to 4-4.5" but wanting to be able to remove the cylinder still.

Rodwha, it looks like a fairly easy mod to do. Cut your pin and slot both sides, then fabricate a toggle link to fit the slots. Secure by drilling the rod/links and inserting an allen set screw below flush.
