What is the difference between the 11-48 and the 11-00/11-87? Saw a used one with synthetic stocks for $189.99.

The 11-48 is an older model dating from the 50s,and hasn't the rep for durability the Model 111 or 1100 do. Forearms crack, and there's some feeding failures, I heard.
