Stoeger 3500 vs. Rem 11-87 vs. Moss 935 Opinions (or others)
I would like some opinions!
I'm on a budget of no more than $600, and want a Semi Auto Shotgun that will chamber 2 3/4" up to 3 1/2" shells! Mostly for hunting, but some Skeet, that won't give me a whole lot of greef! |

I would pick the 930, not the 935 (but that's just me)...
I don't see the need for 3-1/2" shotgun shells, especially with the number of non-tox loads that work much better than the old steel loads... Besides..... 3-1/2" shells hurt!!

I gave a big long answer over on SGW, but the stupid site wouldn't let me post it..."technical difficulties"
SO, heres the shortend version with no extra explanations; the 3500 is the best option on the list. The SBEII American isn't too far off. Used Browning Golds are in the 700$ range and are a bit higher quality. |

Thanks, I tried to get on SGW for a couple days now, all I get, sometime, is the home site, but nothing else! I thaught it was just my connection, but I couldn't even get on there from my IPhone. Anyway, I was waiting to hear some feedback and with all my checking, I did decide on the M3500. I wanted the Max4 camo in 28" but all I could find was a 24" camo and a 28" in Black Synthetic, so I picked it up for $539. I went out after I got it and fired a few rounds and its a SWEET gun! I have over 20 guns and this is my first new one!
Again Thanks for the feedback! |
