Hilton yam 10-8

I just got a 1911 book for Christmas. Looking thru it there is a Springfield Hilton yam 10-8 1911. Doesn't give any details. And I think I'd like to get one. Anyone heard of these and know anything about them.

Hilton is a very well respected 1911 smith and he pisols go for big bucks. He has commissioned a few shops to build pistols wih the 10-8 logo such as Kimber, Nighthawk and SA. The used SA 10-8 1911s I've seen sell pretty quickly for around $1600-1700. New they were less than $2000, you could have he SA custom shop build you one very close to the 10-8 gun that Hilton had them build.
