Sorry, folks. I'm new to the forum. I should have done my research BEFORE posting my question. From looking at other threads, it looks like 1967 is right for that serial #. It appears to be in very good condition. I'm looking at buying it from a friend of a friend whose husband passed away and she wants to get the guns "out of the house". I want to pay her a fair price, but she doesn't know what it's worth and neither do I. Can anyone point me to a link so I can show her what it is worth?

To many variables.
Value depends on: Actual condition? Original grips still on it? Original box and papers with it? Blue or nickel? Currently, Colt revolver prices are skyrocketing, especially Diamondback's. As just a general "ball park" value, somewhere from $400 to $600 dollars seems to be the current going price for one in nice shape. |

Thanks. That's helpful.
I estimate 90% condition. No box or papers. Original grips. Blue. |
