17 HMR Accuracy/Ammo
In your opinion, what is your most accurate .17 HMR ammo?
I personally like the Hornady 20g XTP and CCI 17g TNT. I do not think I like Federal 17g V-Shok... it has been inconsistent in my last 3 outings shooting Whistle Pigs. What do you like?

Hornady 17 gr Vmax gives me cloverleafs @ 100 yards from my Ruger standard weight 77/17. It might be better than that with a target type scope with fine crosshairs and more magnification.

I have good results with the Hornady 20 gr shot out of a ruler 77/17 with Shilen medium heavy bbl.

My Savage 93 BTV prefers Hornady 20gr.

I like the TNTs for their on-target lethality and fur-friendliness, but the tipped Federals and Hornadys print tighter groups on paper.
