Browning 1911 .380?
I wonder if it would be possible to get one of these that looks just like the basic 1911 A1 Browning .22? I am interested in one in .380 but the looks are a big turn off for me. I love the way there basic .22 1911 looks. Thanks

As far as I know the 1911-380 is only offered in the Black Label series, with the polymer frame and other "enhancements." I'm with you -- not interested in that configuration.

I'm waiting for the same thing, not holding my breath though.

I don't know. Does anyone own one? I thought I read that it isn't exactly polymer, more like a mix of plastic and metal.

So instead of "mystery metal" it's actually "mystery not-quite-metal"?
Color me not interested. |
