I just talked with a friend who is politically active with the NRA here in calif and there are efforts bu the ANTI's in motion to really get to our gun ownership rights. They are attacking old family guns and non current production guns and making them illegal!
I am so sickened by this!
No kidding, they are trying to outdo New York crazies.
I have too much investrd in life in this state to leave for where I can own a gun and enjoy it.

I do not doubt that the anti-gun factions are at work in California, nor do I disagree with the statement that we should all be politically active. However, without more concrete information, such as bills that have been proposed, this is a "Chicken Little" thread.
