Taurus PT92 22lr conversion

Newbie here---interested in doing a 22lr conversion (Taurus). It appears that only game in town is Jonathan Ciener. Ordering procedure is stone age weird and obviously a LOT of negative feedback on him. Has anyone ordered anything from him since charges were dropped last February?? Curious if he has improved. I don't see any BBB complaints after Nov 2011. Has anyone purchased from him in person at Cape Canaveral?? I live in FL but not that close and he doesn't answer his phone..thx Tom/Fort Myers
